Three Rivers Council gave final approval to the public budget consultation process for the creation of the 2020/21 budget. The public will be given an opportunity to provide both written and in person feedback to Council and staff.
From now until January 31st, residents and community groups are encouraged to submit written budget requests or comments. These can be submitted in person at the Georgetown or Montague offices or online to email@example.com.
In addition to written submissions, residents are also invited to attend a public budget consultation session on Monday, February 3rd at Riverhouse Inn, 7:00pm. During this session, residents will receive information on the Town needs identified by staff, submissions received from the public and an opportunity to provide further feedback in a workshop style process.
