Notice is hereby given that applications for lot line adjustments, subdivisions, renovations, and extensions will be considered at a Town of Three Rivers Planning Board meeting on Monday, December 7, 2020, 6:00 PM at the King’s Playhouse, 65 Grafton Street, Georgetown. The applications and the approximate time at which the applications will be considered are:

    • Lot Line Adjustment – 6:00pm
      PID 196469 & 196295, 571-575 Main Street, Montague
    • Subdivision – 6:15pm
      PID 689464, Rte 17, Lower Montague
    • Renovation/Building Addition – 6:30pm
      PID 252494, 88 Lower Montague Road, Lower Montague
    • Permit Extension (M-36-20/3077) – 6:45pm
      PID 680389, 221 Brudenell Point Road, Brudenell

Residents and other interested persons may make in-person representation regarding the above applications. Written representations prior to the meeting will be considered when submitted to either the Town Office or emailed to admin@threeriverspei.com, prior to the meeting.

Those interested in attending any portion of the Planning Board Meeting are asked to reserve a seat for no later than noon on Monday, December 7, by calling 902-838-2528 or emailing admin@threeriverspei.com

Please be advised that Public Health restrictions limit the gathering to a maximum of 50 people at any one time. Face masks are mandatory. All other COVID 19 restrictions from the Chief Public Health Officer will be followed. The applications may be inspected at either Three Rivers Town Office locations during regular business hours, 8-4 on weekdays.
