The Town of Three Rivers is fortunate to be the home of excellent libraries and museums. Filled with great programs and endless information, the public is able to gain knowledge about our area’s rich history, get involved in local events, and access a variety of learning tools.

Georgetown Genevieve Soloman Memorial Library

The Georgetown Genevieve Soloman Memorial Library is your go-to for books, music, DVDs, instrument rentals, public archives, historic research and more.

Montague Rotary Library

The Montague Rotary Library opened to the public in 1933 and was the first library branch established in PEI under the Carnegie Library Demonstration.

Cardigan Library

Also known as Canada’s Smallest Library is home to about 1800 books. A lifetime membership costs $5.00 and the return policy is based on the honour system.

Garden of the Gulf Museum

Established in May of 1958, the Garden of the Gulf Museum is the Island’s oldest community museum.
