The Town of Three Rivers gives notice of the acceptance of an offer from Crystal Martell for the purchase of Lot 10B, PID 169102, located on Grafton Street in Georgetown. The agreed sale price is $5,000, while the fair market value of the lot has been appraised at $20,000. The lot will be utilized for the construction of a single-family dwelling.
