Notice is hereby given that applications for subdivisions and consolidations will be considered at a Three Rivers Planning Board meeting on Monday, July 20, 2020, at the Cavendish Farms Wellness Centre. The applications and the approximate times at which each application will be considered are:

Residents and other interested persons may make in-person representations regarding the above applications. Written representations prior to the meeting will be considered when submitted to either Town Office, or emailed to jmarks@threeriverspei.com, prior to the meeting.
Those interested in attending any portion of the meeting of Planning Board are asked to reserve a seat not later than noon on Monday, July 20, by calling Chelsey at 838-2528.
Public health restrictions limit the gathering to a maximum of 50 people at any one time. Should all the available space in the meeting room be reserved, additional spaces will be provided via electronic connection. In that case, priority for the in-person meeting will be given to close neighbours of the proposed application.
In conformance with public health guidelines, anyone who is required to self-isolate or is exhibiting signs of sickness is not permitted to attend the meeting. Attendees will be asked to sign in and sanitize their hands, observe social distancing and cough/sneeze etiquette, and obey all signage.
The applications may be inspected at either Three Rivers Town Office during regular business hours, 8-4 on weekdays.
