This past year, The Town of Three Rivers has hired TCI Management Consultants to develop an Arts & Culture Draft Plan for the Town. The purpose of this Plan is to provide guidance to the Town regarding how it should support the Arts, Culture, and Heritage sector in Three Rivers for the benefit of its residents. Detailed in this Plan, investment in the Arts, Culture, and Heritage sector pays dividends by providing residents with a full range of cultural amenities and activities – therefore helping to create a healthy community and enhanced quality of life. The consultants have worked closely with the Town’s Festival, Arts, Culture, and Events Committee in developing this strategy.
