Black History Month Flag Raising
Residents are invited to Town Hall on Friday, February 2nd at 12:00 noon as we raise the Pan-African Flag in honour of Black History Month. February is Black History Month, and this provides us with an opportunity to share, learn, and honour the legacy of Black Canadians and their communities, but also to recognize that work remains to be done to fully integrate Black culture, history, and achievements into the Canadian fabric.
