Notice is hereby given that applications for a development permit and subdivision will be considered at a Town of Three Rivers Planning Board meeting on Monday October 5, 2020, at the Kings Playhouse. The applications and the approximate time at which the applications will be considered are:
1) 6:00pm: Development Permit
Lot 18, PID 169102, Grafton Street, Georgetown, Kyle Perry
2) 6:30pm: Subdivision Application
PID 714865, 212 Roma Point Road, Brudenell, Darrin O’Brien
Residents and other interested persons may make in-person representation regarding the above applications.
Written representations prior to the meeting will be considered when submitted to either the Town Office, or emailed to admin@threeriverspei.com, prior to the meeting.
Those interested in attending any portion of the Planning Board Meeting are asked to reserve a seat for no later than noon on Monday October 5, by calling 902-838-2528.
Please be advised that Public Health restrictions limit the gathering to a maximum of 50 people at any one time. All other COVID 19 restrictions from the Chief Public Health Officer will be followed. The applications may be inspected at either Three Rivers Town Office locations during regular business hours, 8-4 on weekdays.
