The Town of Three Rivers is facilitating consultation with the arts and culture community to develop a strategy for the long-term sustainability and growth of the sector, and recommend a defined role for the Town. The strategy will address the best way to use existing resources, how arts and culture organizations and individuals can move together toward a common vision for the future, and what that vision is.
The contract has been awarded to TCI Management Consultants, and work is beginning.
