Public Notice – Zoning Bylaw Amendments

Pursuant to sections 3.5 & 3.8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a public meeting before the Planning Board on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser Street, Montague)

Zoning Amendment at East Street, Georgetown

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw Zoning Map to change the zoning of PID 172577 on East Street, Georgetown from R1 (Low-Density Residential) to R3 (High-Density Residential). Application reference: 146.23.REZ.

Zoning Amendment at Seven Mile Road, Glenfanning

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw Zoning Map for a proposed change of zoning of a 5.94 acre parcel from AG (Agricultural) to LI (Light Industrial) at 2462 Seven Mile Road, Glenfanning, PID’s 644344 & 157784. Application reference 153.23.MIX.

The meeting is open to the public and the public is invited to provide comments on the proposed amendments.
