Planning Board – Rezoning Public Meeting

Pursuant to sections 3.5 & 3.8 of the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw, the Town of Three Rivers will hold a Public Meeting before the Planning Board on Thursday, February 15t h, 2024 at 6:00 pm at the Town Hall (172 Fraser St, Montague).

Zoning Amendment at 945 RTE17, Lower Montague.

The Town of Three Rivers has received an application for an amendment to the Town of Three Rivers Development Bylaw Zoning Map for a proposed change of zoning of an 8.8-acre parcel from RU (Rural) to MU (Mixed Use) at 945, RTE 17, Lower Montague, PIO 252411.
