Police

The RCMP provides policing throughout Three Rivers. The detachment is located at 5199 AA Macdonald Highway in Brudenell.

Ambulance

Island EMS is responsible for the delivery of pre-hospital emergency care and non-emergency transfers for all of PEI. 

It’s important to be prepared in the event of an emergency.

Items to include in your emergency kit:

  • At least 2 litres of water per person per day for 3 – 5 days.
  • At least a 3-5 day supply of non-perishable food and a can opener.
  • Battery-powered or hand-crank radio and extra batteries.
  • Flashlight, whistle, first aid kit, and a dust mask to help filter contaminated air.
  • Plastic sheeting and duct tape for sheltering in place.
  • Moist towelettes, tissues, toilet paper, garbage bags, and plastic ties for personal sanitation needs.
  • Cash (small bills, ideally up to $200).
  • Wrench or pliers to turn off utilities.
  • Printed list of contact names and phone numbers.
